I was looking for a custom tag for my clothing company and started by browsing suppliers on Alibaba. I found Dongguan City and Winnie Xie, she helped me on the livestream chat to get me to a quote I needed and that they would be able to do that same night. Winnie was incredibly friendly, prompt, and helpful as I placed my order in terms of quoting, design, and other advice for my order. I wanted a thick clothing tag and a loop to attach to my fabric tags and she gave me a quote for both as well as a quote that was a very reasonable price. I approved production on March 31st, the order was sent on April 12th, and I received it in the US on April 16th. Overall, a very quick timeline from the beginning of the design process to finally having it in hand. I will work with Winnie and Dongguan City in the future because they were very easy to work with, understood specific details, gave me a good price, and the quality of the tags was fantastic.
